摘要

目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激对不同时期肩周炎的治疗作用及与电针治疗的效应差异。方法:将360例不同时期肩周炎患者分成经皮穴位电刺激治疗组(186例)和电针治疗组(174例)

各组采用相同经穴分别治疗。结果:经皮穴位电刺激对粘连前期和粘连期肩周炎的总有效率分别达到96.6%和96.9%

电针刺激对粘连前期和粘连期肩周炎的总有效率分别达到93.5%和97.9%

两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);经皮穴位电刺激疗法不仅能有效止痛

对粘连期的肩关节活动障碍也有明显的改善作用。结论:经皮穴位电刺激为治疗肩周炎有效、简便的疗法。
