摘要

目的:从基因水平揭示针刺心经干预心肌缺血的作用机制。方法:采用结扎冠状动脉前降支法复制大鼠急性心肌梗死模型。比较肺经组与模型组、心经组与模型组的心脏基因表达谱变化。结果:与模型组比较

肺经组中大于2倍的差异表达基因(包括EST)有20个下调和14个上调

主要是免疫和炎性反应相关基因

细胞信号和传递蛋白相关基因等;心经组中有70个下调和20个上调

主要是离子通道和运输蛋白相关基因

细胞凋亡和应激反应蛋白相关基因

代谢相关基因

细胞信号和传递蛋白相关基因

DNA结合、转录和转录因子类基因

免疫和炎性反应相关基因等。结论:心经组、肺经组中大于2倍的差异表达基因的数目和类型有较大差异

提示针刺心经干预心肌缺血作用有相对特异性。
