摘要

目的:探讨滚针治疗失眠症的疗效及规范治疗方案。方法:采用多中心随机盲法对照试验

180名患者随机分成滚针组和药物组各90例。滚针组在背部足太阳膀胱经一、二侧线及督脉实施滚针治疗;药物组给予氯硝安定4

疗程均为4周。以睡眠障碍改善的有效率与Spitzer生活质量指数评分进行疗效评估

分别在治疗结束后及3个月随访后评价。结果:治疗后滚针组有效率为82·2%

药物组为60·0%

两组间比较差异有显著性意义(P

0·05);两组Spitzer的生活质量指数评分比较差异有显著性意义(P

0·05)。3个月随访滚针组与药物组有效率分别为40·0%、30·3%

组间比较(P

0·05);两组Spitzer的生活质量指数评分差异仍有显著性意义(P

0·05)。结论:滚针疗法能够通过调整人体内环境平衡而治疗慢性失眠症

提高患者的生活质量;滚针也是一种可以推广运用的针灸临床治疗新型器具。
