摘要

目的:寻找提高运动员成绩的有效刺激方法。方法:将150名运动员随机分为试验组和对照组两组

每组75人。以多盲的试验方法

通过音频脉冲调制波刺激穴位(大椎、命门、足三里、承山)

并观察穴位电刺激对运动员的30m跑、站立式跳远、Cybex等动测试指标的影响。结果:穴位电刺激方法可以显著提高运动员的运动成绩(P<0.05)及最大峰力矩(P<0.05)、力矩加速能(P<0.05)和平均功率(P<0.05)的生物力学指标。结论:穴位电刺激的方法可增强运动员快速力量。
