摘要

目的:观察针刺治疗突发性耳聋后期不同类型的疗效差异。方法:根据中医辨证论治原则

对63例患者进行针刺治疗

隔日1次

7次为一疗程

2个疗程之间间隔3天。观察治疗前后听阈值的变化及不同病情和不同类型间的疗效差异。结果与结论:总有效率63·5%

其中痊愈4例(6·3%)

显效17例(27·0%)

有效19例(30·2%)

无效23例(36·5%);治疗前后平均听阈比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05);病情越轻者疗效越好;听力曲线下降型疗效最好

对痰热上扰型和痰浊中阻型疗效较好。
