摘要

目的:对比针刀与针刺治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心临床随机对照试验方法

将患者分为针刀治疗组(在患椎上下棘间韧带和两侧后关节的关节囊处行针刀治疗)与针刺对照组(穴取落枕、阿是穴、颈夹脊等)

在疗程结束时和治疗结束后6个月分别统计近、远期疗效。结果:针刀治疗组的近、远期有效率为91.3%、94.7%

针刺对照组分别为59.4%和56.6%

两组相比差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刀组治疗颈椎病与针刺组相比

其治疗效果更佳。
