摘要

目的探寻治疗脊髓损伤性尿潴留的较佳疗法。方法将84例观察病例随机分为治疗组(46例)和对照组(38例)。治疗组采用电针八髎、会阳穴

对照组采用常规取穴电针治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为82.6%

痊愈率为43.5%;对照组分别为63.2%、23.7%。两组间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论电针八髎、会阳穴治疗脊髓损伤性尿潴留疗效优于常规取穴电针疗法。
