摘要

目的观察不同频次针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将49例周围性面瘫病人随机分为A、B两组

A组每日针刺1次

B组每周针刺2次

治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果周围性面瘫病人的针刺治疗频次与疗效不成正比(P<0·01)

每日治疗1次与每周治疗2次的疗效

经统计学处理

治愈率差异无显著意义(P>0·05)。结论针灸治疗周围性面瘫的频次可每周2次。
