摘要

目的:观察刺络放血法对中风偏瘫麻木症的疗效

寻找临床有效方法。方法:将中风偏瘫症患者95例

按照就诊顺序分为治疗组(55例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组采用梅花针叩刺背部华佗夹脊穴配合十二井穴或十宣穴刺络放血

隔日1次

6次为一疗程;对照组采用四肢穴常规针刺方法

每日1次

12次为一疗程。均治疗4个疗程统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.5%

与对照组的77.5%比较

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:刺络放血法是治疗中风后偏瘫麻木的有效方法。
