摘要

目的:分析近10年来针灸防治炎症性肠病的临床与机制研究状况

为今后针灸治疗炎症性肠病的临床与穴位研究提供参考依据。方法:对1995-2005年国内期刊的相关论文进行分析

从针灸临床、实验研究两方面进行综述。结果:针灸防治炎症性肠病效果明显

机制研究已取得一定进展

但在科研设计和创新性方面有待于进一步提高。结论:今后

应从针灸临床治疗有效病症着手

研究经穴特异性与影响经穴特异性效应产生的因素

从中总结出共性规律

丰富和发展经穴特异性理论

以指导针灸临床。
