摘要

目的探寻治疗老年习惯性便秘的有效方法。方法将64例患者随机分为治疗组(河车路走罐+神阙八阵穴盒灸)和对照组(口服西药果导片)各32例

观察和比较两组患者便秘的改善情况。结果治疗组近期(14天)临床痊愈显效率84.4%

明显优于对照组的59.4%

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组远期(2个月)疗效比较

临床痊愈显效率差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论河车路走罐配合神阙八阵穴盒灸是治疗老年习惯性便秘的有效方法。
