摘要

体外冲击波在医学领域还仅用于粉碎肾结石。近几年产生了一种新型设备

它可以输出较为柔和的体外冲击波。这种新型的体外冲击波也可用于肌肉系统中的疼痛激发区治疗。这种冲击波被称为直线弹道式体外冲击波。2002年笔者构思了一种仪器

它可以产生直线弹道式体外冲击波并应用在针灸穴位处。笔者采用此仪器

对500余名病人使用了这一方法。实践表明

对于多种疾病来说

这一方法比单纯使用针刺效果更好。体外冲击波针灸是在针刺、灸疗、穴位按摩、电针灸和激光针灸之外

又一种对针灸穴位施加刺激的方法。
