摘要

目的:探讨针刺“内听宫”穴治疗药物性耳聋的作用。方法:豚鼠用庆大霉素注射

使之成为药物性耳聋动物模型。分别针刺不同组实验动物的“内听宫”、“听宫”、耳郭缘非穴位区

观察针刺不同穴位对听性脑干反应和耳蜗毛细胞的影响。结果:庆大霉素组的听性脑干反应阈分别与“内听宫”和“听宫”组有统计学差别

与耳郭缘组无统计学差别;“内听宫”组和“听宫”组反应阈之间无统计学差别。耳蜗毛细胞的变化和反应阈的变化相一致。结论:针刺“内听宫”穴能增强内耳的功能

减轻庆大霉素对耳蜗毛细胞的损害作用

是治疗药物性耳聋的有效穴位。
