摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗抽动-秽语综合征的理想方案。方法:将102例患者随机分为治疗组(68例)、对照组(34例)。治疗组用针刺太冲、合谷为主的方法治疗

对照组口服西药氟哌啶醇治疗。比较两组疗效

并对治疗组治疗前后体感诱发电位(SEP)变化进行观察。结果:经3个疗程治疗

治疗组有效率为97·1%

对照组有效率为76·5%

两组有效率比较

差异有极显著性意义(P<0·001);治疗组治疗后SEP异常率下降了41·1%

与治疗前比较

差异有极显著性意义(P<0·001)。结论:针刺治疗抽动-秽语综合征是十分有效的治疗方法之一

且对SEP轻度异常的改变有一定的恢复作用

值得临床推广应用。
