摘要

目的:加强躯体形式障碍的识别

探讨中医证治规律。方法:在门诊收集到以躯体化症状为主诉93例患者

根据《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》(第3版)(CCMD-Ⅲ)的诊断标准

分为躯体形式障碍组、抑郁症组和神经衰弱组。采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对3组患者的情绪障碍严重程度定量评估和比较

并进行中医辨证分型。结果:躯体形式障碍在中医针灸门诊以疼痛、皮肤异常感觉为多见

主要出现于头面、肢体等部位

焦虑、抑郁情绪的严重程度低于另外两组。中医辨证以肝郁不舒为主。结论:在临床中加强对躯体形式障碍的识别

从肝论治

形神共调

发挥中医的诊疗优势

有望提高躯体形式障碍的临床疗效。
