摘要

目的评价“开音1号穴”对声带黏膜下出血的疗效。方法将160例病人随机分为针灸试验组和西药对照组各80例。试验组采用针刺“开音1号穴”

运用呼吸补泻法中泻法

结合喉腔声门的深呼吸运动

每日1次;对照组采用西药雾化吸入

每日1次

疗程均为7天。结果试验组愈显率为85.0%

总有效率为97.5%

对照组分别为60.0%、85.0%。两组疗效差异有显著性意义。试验组患者治疗前后的声时、频率微扰商、振幅微扰商、谐噪比声学参数也客观地反映了治疗后嗓音质量的提高。结论针刺“开音1号穴”为主是治疗声带黏膜下出血的理想治疗方法。
