摘要

目的:观察醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑梗死合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选择脑卒中高脂血症患者60例

随机分为醒脑开窍针刺组和中药组各30例

分别于治疗前后评测中医症状积分

检测血脂各项指标。结果:醒脑开窍针刺法在改善血脂方面总有效率为72·4%

与中药组的65·5%比较

差异无显著性意义(P>0·05);但在改善临床症状方面总有效率为89·7%

优于中药组的62·1%(P<0·05)

其中在改善肢体麻木刺痛、头昏头晕、胸胁胀闷、纳呆、困倦乏力等症状方面亦优于中药对照组(P<0·05)。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法能调节脑梗死合并高脂血症患者脂质代谢的紊乱

改善主要临床症状。
