摘要

目的:寻找治疗腰椎间盘膨出的最佳操作手法。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组

治疗组58例采用雀啄刺法加温针疗法治疗

对照组22例应用平补平泻加温针疗法治疗

并进行疗效对比。结果:治疗组总有效率100·0%

对照组总有效率81·8%

两组疗效比较(χ2=12·161

P<0·01)

差异有非常显著性意义。结论:雀啄刺法加温针治疗腰椎间盘膨出疗效明显优于传统平补平泻加温针疗法。
