摘要

目的:寻找提高治疗原发精子异常临床疗效的最佳方法。方法:将168例患者随机分为两组

治疗组85例针挑生殖点、骶丛神经点、腰2神经点为主;对照组83例口服五子衍宗丸。在3家医院进行了多中心疗效观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为83·5%

配偶受孕率78·8%;对照组总有效率为54·2%

配偶受孕率43·4%

两组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01);两组生殖内分泌激素治疗后均有明显改善(P<0·01);治疗组治疗后精浆超氧化物歧化酶、微量元素锌显著增加

而镉明显下降

与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论:针挑治疗原发性精子异常有显著改善和调节内分泌功能、提高精子与精浆质量、提高妊娠率的作用

是目前治疗本病非药物疗法中的较佳疗法。
