摘要

目的观察神阙隔药灸疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及对自身免疫水平的影响

并探讨其作用机制。方法将60例UC患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用神阙隔药灸疗法

对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片和甲硝唑片

比较两组治疗前后主要症状及肠黏膜病变变化和总疗效

观察血清免疫球蛋白、外周血T细胞亚群与自然杀伤细胞(NK)含量变化。结果治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为60·0%、86·7%

明显优于对照组的23·3%、66·7%

两组间比较差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0·05

P<0·01)。治疗组治疗后IgG显著降低

与对照组治疗后比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05);治疗前后IgA、IgM无明显变化(P>0·05)。治疗组治疗后外周血T细胞亚群与NK细胞含量均不同程度增高

增高幅度与疗效呈正相关。结论神阙隔药灸疗法是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的满意方法

其作用机制可能通过调节机体的免疫功能发挥疗效。
