摘要

目的:探寻提高慢性前列腺炎疗效的有效方法。方法:将82例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为2组。西药组42例

常规西医治疗并配合丹参30g煎汤保留灌肠;温针灸加西药组40例

在西药组治疗基础上加用温针灸(穴取关元、气海、中极等)。结果:温针灸加西药组痊愈20例

显效12例

有效5例

无效3例

总有效率92.5%;西药组痊愈13例

显效10例

有效7例

无效12例

总有效率71.4%。2组总有效率比较

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸可以提高慢性前列腺炎患者的疗效。
