摘要

目的:观察常规针刺与短针浅刺治疗肩周炎的疗效差异

寻找患者易接受的治疗工具和方法。方法:将152例肩周炎患者随机分为两组

第1组用常规针刺治疗

第2组用短针浅刺治疗

两组取穴、疗程均相同

观察其疗效及患者的接受程度。结果:常规针刺组治愈率为67·1%

短针浅刺组为69·7%

两组的疗效比较差异无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论:短针浅刺与常规针刺疗效相当

而短针浅刺能明显减轻患者的治疗痛苦与心理恐惧

易被患者接受。
