摘要

目的:对三部推拿法治疗心脾两虚型不寐的疗效进行多中心临床评价。方法:将166例患者采用多中心随机对照方法分为试验组(84例)、对照组(82例)。试验组采用三部推拿法即头部、腹部、背部穴位按摩为主

每日1次;对照组口服归脾丸

每次8粒

每日3次。连续治疗15天观察疗效。结果:试验组痊愈67例

显效11例

有效3例

无效3例;对照组痊愈10例

显效21例

有效29例

无效22例。两组疗效比较

差异有极显著性意义(P<0·001)。两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总积分改善情况、失眠症焦虑量表标准分改善情况、失眠症抑郁量表标准分改善情况比较

试验组优于对照组(P<0·001)。结论:三部推拿法治疗心脾两虚型不寐的疗效确切

方法安全

具有很强的可操作性和推广价值。
