摘要

目的评价针刺风池、天柱穴对椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的临床疗效。方法将116例VBI患者随机分为两组

治疗组58例采用针刺风池、天柱穴治疗

对照组58例采用口服尼莫地平治疗。观察治疗前后临床症状及经颅多普勒超声检测左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度的变化情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为89·66%

对照组的总有效率为86·21%。针刺治疗对改善症状及改善椎-基底动脉平均血流速度有显著的疗效

并优于尼莫地平组(P<0·05)。结论针刺风池、天柱穴治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效显著。
