摘要

目的:探讨腰段经验穴腰突穴深刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的安全深度与角度。方法:采用CT扫描技术对腰突穴的进针深度、角度与相关组织层面进行扫描观察。结果:当垂直进针至得气时

测得进针深度为73mm

针尖所在位置相当于椎间孔外口

此即为最佳进针深度与角度。结论:垂直进针并适当深刺至腰突穴深部的椎间孔外口为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的适宜深度。
