摘要

目的对比观察埋线疗法与药物治疗经前期综合征的临床疗效

寻找治疗该病的最佳方法。方法将88例病人随机分为埋线组和药物组。埋线组主穴取内关、三阴交、膻中、关元、太冲

配穴取背俞穴;药物组口服氟西汀。治疗3个月经周期后比较两组的疗效。结果埋线组显效26例

有效15例

无效3例

总有效率93.2%;药物组显效12例

有效20例

无效12例

总有效率72.7%。两组间疗效差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.005)。结论埋线疗法治疗本病不失为一种较佳的疗法。
