摘要

目的:探讨颅针与头针对急性脑梗死(CI)效应机制的差异。方法:分别采用单纯药物(A组)和针刺颅骨缝区(冠状缝、矢状缝、人字缝等)加药物(B组)、针刺标准化头针方案穴区(对侧顶颞前斜线、顶颞后斜线)加药物(C组)治疗急性CI患者各20例

对照观察患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)。结果:治疗前后A组血清VEGF含量变化差异无显著性意义(P>0·05)

B组、C组血清VEGF含量升高差异显著(P<0·01

P<0·05)

与A组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)

B组治疗后VEGF水平与C组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论:颅针加药物治疗对急性脑梗死血清内皮生长因子的影响与标准头针加药物治疗相当。
