摘要

目的:探讨治疗网球肘的有效方法。方法:将128例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各64例。治疗组采用电针合谷、太冲穴

加患肘阿是穴、手三里穴隔药饼灸;对照组采用2%利多卡因1mL加醋酸泼尼松龙25mg常规封闭治疗。观察和比较两组患者症状和体征的改善情况。结果:治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为40.6%和93.7%

对照组治愈率和总有效率分别为25.0%和78.1%

两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合隔药饼灸是治疗网球肘的有效方法。
