摘要

目的观察不同治疗方案对脑出血急性期的疗效。方法将140例脑出血急性期患者随机分为联合治疗组、针刺组、醒脑静组和常规治疗组

采用单一或联合的方案进行治疗

观察不同方案对各组患者血肿吸收速度和神经功能缺损评分的影响。结果各治疗方案对血肿吸收和神经功能缺损均有显著疗效(均P<0.001)

尤以联合治疗组效果最佳(P<0.01

P<0.001)。结论针刺联合醒脑静注射液治疗脑出血急性期是一种行之有效的方法。
