摘要

目的:评估养血润目法治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法:将51例干眼症患者随机分为养血润目组(治疗组)和人工泪液组(对照组)。治疗组用针刺、中药灸、耳穴贴压法

对照组点人工泪液。治疗前后分别检查局部症状和测定泪液分泌量(Schirmer法)、泪膜破裂时间。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.5%

优于对照组的52.0%(P<0.05)。结论:养血润目法是治疗干眼症的较佳方法。
