摘要

目的:观察针刺五志穴

背部河车路走罐治疗纤维肌痛综合征的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法

将66例符合纳入标准的患者分为治疗组(针刺五志穴+河车路走罐+阿米替林)和对照组(单纯用阿米替林)。用麦吉尔疼痛调查表和汉密顿抑郁量表

进行临床疗效评定。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针罐药结合是治疗纤维肌痛综合征的有效治疗方法。
