摘要

目的:寻找提高治疗中风偏瘫临床疗效的最佳方法。方法:按会诊顺序随机将120例中风偏瘫病人分为3组

头针配合醒脑开窍组(A组)33例

头针配合传统针刺组(B组)60例

传统针刺组(C组)27例

根据患者的神志、语言、肢体运动功能等进行综合评分

观察3组临床疗效。结果:A组基本痊愈3例

显效20例

有效7例

总有效率为90·9%

B组分别为7例、28例、21例及93·3%

两组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0·05);C组显效7例

有效11例

总有效率为66·7%

与前两组比较

差异有显著或极显著性意义(P<0·05

P<0·001)。结论:头针配合醒脑开窍法治疗中风急性期、恢复期的疗效与头针配合传统针刺法相似

优于单纯传统针刺法。
