摘要

目的:了解卒中后抑郁(PSD)的发生率及针灸治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法:采用Hamilton抑郁量表对560例患者进行评分调查

通过方差分析、χ2检验

比较PSD与非PSD患者性别、年龄、卒中性质、抑郁发生与卒中部位的关系;再将PSD患者随机分组给予百忧解和针灸治疗(穴取四神聪、安眠、内关、神门、足三里、三阴交、太冲、照海、申脉)。结果:PSD总发生率43·9%

其发生与病变部位、年龄、性别、卒中性质无关(P>0·05);针灸与百忧解两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分差异有极显著性意义(P<0·0001)

两组有效率比较差异无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论:PSD发生率高

影响神经功能恢复

应及早治疗;针灸治疗本病与百忧解疗效相当。
