摘要

目的:探讨足三里穴位埋线、中药治疗慢性肾衰(CRF)的作用机制。方法:Platt肾大部切除法诱导CRF模型大鼠

然后分5组:假手术组、模型组、中药组、埋线组、埋线加中药组。治疗8w后

测定血清甲状旁腺素(PTH)、残肾组织细胞转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的表达、残肾组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酣(Scr)、尿蛋白及病理改变情况。结果:经穴位埋线、中药及穴位埋线加中药治疗后的CRF模型大鼠的上述指标呈良性转逆

特别是以穴位埋线加中药组疗效最明显。结论:穴位埋线和中药改善CRF的作用机制与降低PTH、抑制TGF-β1的表达、降低MDA含量、阻止肾脏纤维化病变有关。
