摘要

目的探讨肾俞穴位埋线治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床疼痛的有效性。方法将56例患者随机分为埋线组、埋线乐力组和乐力组

以疼痛评分方法评定治疗前、治疗3个月和治疗6个月疼痛情况。结果埋线组、埋线乐力组疼痛评分于治疗前后比较

差异均有极显著性意义(P<0·001)

两组间比较

差异无显著性意义(P>0·05);乐力组疼痛评分于治疗前后比较

差异无显著性意义(P>0·05)

与埋线组、埋线乐力组分别比较

差异均有极显著性意义(P<0·001)。结论肾俞穴位埋线对绝经后骨质疏松症临床疼痛有非常明显的疗效;口服乐力胶囊对改善绝经后骨质疏松症临床疼痛无显著疗效。
