摘要

目的:观察通关开窍针法对缺血性中风早期失语症的疗效。方法:将70例缺血性中风早期失语症患者随机分为通关开窍针刺组(观察组)与对照组

对照组给予规范药物治疗和康复指导

观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用通关开窍针刺法

并于治疗前、治疗后15天、30天进行西部失语症AQ指数评价及对比。结果:观察组见效快、疗效好

经统计对比15天(P<0.05)

30天(P<0.001)

明显优于对照组。结论:通关开窍针法结合规范用药及康复指导可发挥协同作用

疗效优于单纯规范用药及康复指导组。
