摘要

目的总结针灸治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床经验

探讨影响针灸治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效的因素。方法从针灸的适应证、经络及穴位选择、刺灸方法选择、发病的时间规律、治标与治本、得气、针药结合、治疗的持续时间和频率以及疗效评价等方面总结影响疗效的因素。结论慢性胆囊炎的针灸治疗充分体现了针灸疗法的特点和复杂性

只有具体分析病人的实际情况

采取有针对性的针灸治疗才能收到好的疗效。
