摘要

目的:观察针刺对运动状态下缺血性中风患者脑功能区的影响。方法:15例缺血性中风患者分别在基础和针刺状态下食指运动采集脑功能区功能性磁共振成像图像

测量激活的区域、大小及信号强度。结果:基础状态下食指运动可见对侧初级运动区、运动前区以及第一感觉区的激活

针刺状态下食指运动除见上述区域激活外

还可见同侧初级运动区

病灶部位及对侧顶上小叶、颞上回、岛叶等部位的激活。针刺状态下激活面积及最小信号强度方面均大于基础状态。结论:针刺对缺血性中风的康复与改善大脑皮层功能区血液循环有关。
