摘要

目的:寻找治疗背肌筋膜炎的最佳方法。方法:将100例背肌筋膜炎患者随机分为两组

治疗组50例采用刮痧、温针灸治疗

穴取风门、肺俞、曲垣、秉风、胛缝、局部压痛点、条索状结节;对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。结果:治疗组治愈40例

好转10例

有效率100·0%;对照组治愈26例

好转16例

无效8例

有效率84·0%。治疗组在改善压痛、疼痛方面与对照组比较

其评分明显降低(P<0·01)。刮痧、温针灸法治疗背肌筋膜炎效果显著

是治疗本病的较佳疗法。
