摘要

目的:观察经筋透刺法对周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法:将110例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为经筋组(68例)和对照组(42例)

观察其急性期、静止期和后遗症期的疗效

并观察电针测定面神经病损程度与疗效的关系。结果:两种针刺手法治疗有效率分别为98·5%和90·5%

经筋组疗效优于对照组(P<0·05);在急性期选择针灸治疗效果显著

经筋组对后遗症期和神经不良型患者的疗效优于对照组(P<0·05)。结论:针灸对急性期面神经麻痹和神经活跃型患者疗效确切

对后遗症期和神经不良型面神经麻痹患者可采用经筋透刺法。
