摘要

目的:探讨影响针灸治疗失眠疗效的因素。方法:将52例失眠症患者

根据焦虑抑郁评分分为Ⅰ组(轻度或轻度以下组)

Ⅱ组(中度组)、Ⅲ组(重度组)

对各组治疗前后及治疗后各组两两间进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数比较。结果:Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组疗效与Ⅲ组相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)

Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组相比

Ⅰ组总睡眠质量优于Ⅱ组(P<0·05)。结论:失眠患者焦虑抑郁程度是影响针灸治疗失眠症疗效的重要因素之一。
