摘要

目的:观察穴位贴磁药对肝炎后肝硬化的临床治疗效果。方法:将120例乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者随机分为2组

对照组60例采用常规护肝药治疗

治疗组60例常规保肝治疗基础上加用穴位贴磁药疗法治疗

连用2～6个疗程。观察临床症状、肝功能、乙肝病毒血清标志及肝纤维化指标。结果:治疗组痊愈显效率65.0%

总有效率95.0%;对照组痊愈显效率43.3%

总有效率91.7%。HBeAg转阴率治疗组为13.3%

对照组为8.3%;两组肝纤维化指标下降明显

差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后谷丙转氨酶、血清总胆红素均有下降趋势

但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位贴磁药能改善肝炎后肝硬化临床症状

迅速恢复肝功能

能使血清肝纤维化指标降低

是提高肝炎后肝硬化整体疗效且能长久施治的有效措施。
