摘要

目的:观察薄氏腹针治疗慢性荨麻疹的近期疗效和安全性。方法:将61例患者随机分为观察组31例和对照组30例

观察组以薄氏腹针治疗

对照组以西替利嗪片治疗

比较两组治疗后的效果。结果:观察组有效率80.7%

对照组有效率76.7%

两者均具有良好疗效

差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。观察组无不良反应出现

对照组出现嗜睡、头痛、口干等不良反应。结论:薄氏腹针治疗慢性荨麻疹近期疗效与西替利嗪相当

但无抗组胺药物的不良反应

较为安全

是治疗慢性荨麻疹的理想方法之一。
