摘要

目的观察电针加西药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效及对血尿酸的影响

探讨针灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎的作用机理。方法将100例患者随机分为电针组(穴取足三里、丰隆、阿是穴)、西药组(口服消炎痛、痛风利仙)和针药组(电针加西药)3组

并检测3组患者治疗前后血尿酸的变化

然后进行3组临床疗效的对比研究。结果3组临床疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)

针药组、电针组和西药组的有效率分别为97·5%、90·0%、86·7%

其中针药组有效率明显高于电针组、西药组;3组患者治疗后其血尿酸均有明显的变化(P<0·05)

其中针药组对血尿酸下降程度较电针组、西药组明显。结论电针加西药治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效确切

可作为中西医结合治疗疾病的较为理想的方法。
