摘要

目的:观察隔附子饼温和灸治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的增效作用

探讨治疗RA新的有效方法。方法:60例患者按随机原则平均分为两组

对照组30例以甲氨蝶呤口服作为基础治疗

并根据病情酌用非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)治疗。治疗组30例在对照组治疗之上加用隔附子饼灸关元、足三里。两组治疗时间3个月。结果:治疗3个月后

治疗组总有效率为83·3%

高于对照组的60·0%

差异有显著性意义(P<0·05);两组治疗后各项指标与治疗前对比差异均有显著性意义(P<0·05

P<0·01);治疗组完全停用非甾体类消炎药患者的比率明显高于对照组(P<0·05);治疗组不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0·05)。结论:隔附子饼温和灸治疗RA可提高临床疗效

减少NSAIDs的使用。
