摘要

目的观察针刺治疗心脾蕴热型复发性口腔溃疡与常规西药治疗的疗效差异。方法将入选的74例患者随机分为两组

针刺组37例

采用针刺疗法

穴取通里、公孙、内庭、合谷等;对照组37例

常规口服维生素B2、维生素C片治疗

观察并对比两组疗效。结果针刺组总有效率为83·8%

对照组为48·6%

两组疗效差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论针刺组疗效明显优于对照组

针刺是治疗心脾蕴热型复发性口腔溃疡的有效方法。
