摘要

目的:寻找治疗中风后足内翻的最佳方法。方法:随机将96例中风后足内翻患者分为透穴刺法组(治疗组)50例和常规针刺组(对照组)46例

分别采用足部穴位透刺和常规下肢穴位针刺

观察其临床疗效及对下肢运动功能的影响。结果:透穴刺法和常规针刺治疗都能恢复中风后足内翻患者足部各方向的功能活动

与治疗前比较差异有非常显著性或显著性意义(P<0.01

P<0.05)

且治疗组对中风后足内翻患者足部各方向功能活动的恢复疗效更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:透穴针刺法对中风后足内翻患者足部各方向功能活动的恢复疗效显著。
