摘要

目的:观察药物的四气对穴位贴敷法疗效的影响。方法:将原发性痛经患者61例随机分为辣椒素组20例、薄荷脑组20例和对照组21例

分别选用同为辛味但不同寒(凉)热属性的辣椒与薄荷的提取物辣椒素、薄荷脑及痛经灸贴剂贴敷神阙穴

观察治疗前后患者临床症状的变化。结果:3组治疗后症状积分及疼痛评分均较前减少

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);但3组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:在穴位贴敷疗法中

药物的四气对其疗效无显著作用

提示穴位贴敷疗法与内服药物不同

不应将四气作为选药的主要标准。
