摘要

目的寻找提高治疗肾病综合征临床疗效的最佳方法

并探讨其作用机理。方法41例患者随机分为2组治疗组22例采用中药穴位注射配合强的松治疗

对照组19例单纯采用强的松治疗

观察治疗结果并进行比较。结果治疗组完全缓解率45.5%、总有效率86.4%

分别明显高于对照组的31.6%和63.2%

两组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);同时治疗组具有降低高脂血症、提高血浆蛋白及调节免疫功能的作用。结论中药穴位注射配合强的松治疗肾病综合征能明显提高疗效并增强自身免疫功能。
