摘要

目的:比较火针与毫针治疗肝郁痰凝型乳癖的疗效差异。方法:将600例患者随机分为治疗组(300例)和对照组(300例)。治疗组采用火针点刺增生局部、阿是穴为主治疗

对照组采用传统毫针刺法治疗。结果:治疗组治愈240例

好转58例

未愈2例

有效率99·3%;对照组治愈113例

好转165例

未愈22例

有效率92·7%。两组疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P=0·001)。结论:火针刺法治疗肝郁痰凝型乳癖疗效优于毫针刺法。
